Returns Policy

All items sold on Mall Myriad are covered under our 100% Buyer Protection and/or Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date the customer has received the item, but only in its original packaging and undamaged.

If you received a damaged or non-functioning item you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do this means no refund or exchange can be made.

If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customers in Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Canada & the USA have the easy option to send their returns to one of our warehouses located in those countries. Thus saving on return costs.

All fashion items such as clothing, shoes, accessories benefit from our GRATIS returns guarantee. 

Simply let us know within 14 days the reason you wish to return your item. We will then send you a GRATIS return label. That way you never need to worry about return costs in case an item does not fit or you simply do not like it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

You may return your item due to any of the following reasons:

 - Damaged but with box

 - Defective

 - Does not fit (For fashion items) 

 - Not as Advertised

 - Wrong item delivered

 - Missing parts / items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

What are the reimbursement options available?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will reply with a return address to you. 

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you need to contact us first for an authorisation number. After that we will send you a label with all the return details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Except on Fashion items as explained earlier)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long is the quality evaluation process?

The Quality Evaluation process would start as soon as the item is received at the warehouse. This process would normally take 48 business hours but may extend due to the following reasons:

- Fortitous Events (Acts of Nature, Government driven circumstance)

- Electronic Items that would require additional testing

- Items that would require Merchant testing and/or quality control

For scenarios mentioned above, an email will be sent to inform you of the situation and that quality control and testing may take up to a maximum of 30 days. 

Any replacement / refund process only begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product.
