All items sold on Mall Myriad are covered under our 100% Buyer Protection and/or Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns will be accepted within 14 days (SEE EXTENDED CHRISTMAS SPECIAL) from the date the customer has received the item, but only in its original packaging and undamaged.

Gratis Returns

Customers in Europe, Canada & the USA have the easy option to send their returns to one of our warehouses located in those countries. Thus having their returns and refunds processed very quickly.

As of the 24.08.2021 all your purchases benefit from our GRATIS returns guarantee. 

Simply let us know within 14 days (SEE EXTENDED CHRISTMAS SPECIAL) upon receipt of your delivery the reason you wish to return your item. We will then send you a GRATIS return label.

That way you never need to worry about return costs in case an item does not fit you, or you simply do not like it, or whatever your reason may be.

1. If the package is damaged from the outside when being delivered, you must have this noted on the delivery note before you accept and sign the order. Without a notice of damage on the delivery document, no complaint can be made for a refund!

2. If you received a damaged or non-functioning product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do this means no refund or exchange can be made.

3. If more than 14 days (SEE EXTENDED CHRISTMAS SPECIAL) have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

6. Refurbished and/or restored products are not eligible and are not covered by our free returns guarantee.

7. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

What are the reimbursement options available?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Shipping

To return your product please simply contact within 14 days of receipt of your parcel at After that we will send you a gratis return label with all the return details.

The original shipping costs (Outbound) for delivery to your address are non-refundable.

How long is the quality evaluation process?

The Quality Evaluation process would start as soon as the item is received at the warehouse. This process would normally take 48 business hours but may extend due to the following reasons:

- Fortitous Events (Acts of Nature, Government driven circumstance)

- Electronic Items that would require additional testing

- Items that would require Merchant testing and/or quality control

For the scenarios mentioned above, an email will be sent to inform you of the situation and that quality control and testing may take up to a maximum of 30 days. 

Any replacement / refund process only begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product.
